Darrell Brooks is Back for Round 2

The Waukesha Granny Killer is back in court amid a cast of familiar faces as he once again tries to establish subject matter jurisdiction. Returning once again are the beautiful JILF the honorable Judge Darrow, lead prosector Sue Opper, and new defense attorney Jim Covey.
Seriously, Brooks showed up for his appeal hearing, fired his new attorney and is now representing himself once again.
It's probably going to be less interesting than the first trial, but I'm hoping for at least one more box fort moment.

This charade is why you never do away with the death penalty.

I watched that whole video and now my feed is full of sovereign citizens at trial. This one is pretty funny. Dude was speedrunning pissing off four Judges in a single day.
Kind of impressive.

He recently was at another prison and got worked over pretty good. He was in the ER and everything. Must’ve popped off to the wrong dude

He was serving his sentence at the WI Supermax but was transferred the the federal Supermax in CO. The DOC claims there was no incident with him at Boscobel, but if that was true, I really doubt he would be moved to a federal facility 1000 miles away.

Judge said today he is now in South Dakota.

I'd be fine with someone going the full Christopher Scarver on him.

I hope for so many bad things to happen to that piece of crap.
Figured he'd catch a beating or two in prison...

If only Nick Rekieta was still around on YouTube to continue covering this fool
Has he had his charges resolved yet?

Thought he got his arse beat to a pulp in prison. Was hoping that was true.

I haven't seen anything. But that guy was pretty strung out last i saw. Not sure if he would be all that good anymore.

As far as I know, they have, but it won't be long until he's back at it. That's a shame. He could be very funny and pretty much created lawtube.
Even worse is he apparently refused help with his addictions. Lawyers have a very effective rehab and counseling network because so many attorneys have issues with substance abuse and they are notoriously difficult to work with.

He was covering his mouth in the linked footage. People have been speculating he's had a few teeth knocked out along the way.

Wikipedia lists this clown's motive as "unknown" despite the fact that he clearly stated that he hates white people and wanted to kill as many as possible. Seems really shitty and racist.
