I wouldn’t be.

I’d be riding.

I get that. I feel the same way about baseball. On television, anyway. Going to the ballpark on a nice day is always enjoyable.

I enjoy baseball on TV or live at the park. Doesn’t matter to me who’s playing either.

I only enjoy going to see the Pelicans live and only if I’m in a suite/club or floor.

Can’t stand watching basketball on TV

Almost bought these earlier for a snack but didn’t feel right with me in camo cargo shorts.

Maybe.

I mean, I pay for someone else to do it but this barn fails at good horse care

It really is. We’re about to boil crawfish, and we’ve been throwing horseshoes

Love it.

Beautiful 31 degrees, sun, no wind...great afternoon to do a bit of x-country skiing.

Sounds nice. It really is beautiful in South Louisiana today. Low 70s, sunny, not a cloud in the sky. The birds are chirping and the flowers are blooming. I'd definitely take Alaskan summers over ours though.

I love those 70 degree summer days but i love winter. The last 6 weeks have been perfect for getting outside.

Alaskan summers are what I dream of. It's daylight almost 24 hrs a day, the salmon are running, and the weather is just beautiful.

See how nice it is today in La? That's how an Alaskan summer is.

I would sell my soul to live in Alaska every summer but as a ginger, i apparently have no soul.

I used to think that I loved cold weather until I spent a winter in Cleveland. I like our cold weather, not theirs. I do hate the 95+ degrees and 99% humidity though. I agree that I'd love to get out of the South June through September.

Cleveland is worse than where I live in the winter, but it's very common for people here to live six and six.

Enjoy the summers in the Northeast, then get the hell out of dodge and spend six months down south.

IMO that's the dream. Although a lot of people choose to go to Florida...that's definitely not my dream.

Wetting a line. Lake Houston too high though; too much rain recently.
