Baton Ruin is a failed state. Hillar Moore is being put in an impossible position. Plenty more murders on the horizon, I'd wager to bet another drive-by before the end of the weekend.

Yeah, well, Rougeans decided to push the big old fail button a good while back, and here we are.

I’d bet a years salary it’s double that. There are murders everyday that never make the news.

How does Hillar contribute to record shattering crime in the city? Not following your logic here at all.

It will only get worse, we are subsidizing and promoting the root causes, while simulateneously ending law enforcement.

Random question(s). I see the LA Atty General is a Republican. Why can't a serious challenge for an R Governor ever be realized?

Also, the BR DA is a Democrat but seems to be in office as he ran unopposed. How can the Republican Party of your Parrish allow that to happen?

Hillar Moore
don’t feel sorry for this POS. He’s more interested in prosecuting BS than taking on serious crimes.

You know...there weren't jury trials in the 19th JDC for about a year, right?

What's the DA supposed to do about criminal defendants that kinda want their constitutional rights?

DA’s all over this state/country dealt with this same issue.

All those DAs have the same cultcha killing each other in record numbers?

I am no fan of Hillar, but not all of the backlog is his doing.

Point taken, but if he chose to, he could be tougher on violent crime.

That's a great point and for those who can't post bail due to the amount, any competent public defender could argue right to speedy trial. Guys get released back into the wild on this a lot.

Dropping charges for quick plea deals
Instead of 25 years thug gets 10 then only does 3 in all reality

DA & Judges are responsible for crime in Baton Rouge & they are doing their job half assed
