Your to retarded to argue at.

Western nations lost their national sovereignty and industrial bases ever since "winning" WW2. Those aren't signs of winning a war
Just because the world is different now than it was 80 years ago doesn’t change the fact that we won the war.
Maybe you are confusing WW2 with the Cold War. I think a more compelling argument could be made that we actually didn’t win that one. Not saying we didn’t, but there is a better argument than the idiotic one the OP is making.

It's almost as if we won the battle, but lost the war. Figuratively.

Just a guess. You would have never been thought about if we lost the war.
Amerite?
You need to go somewhere else to blow that BS up someone else's arse that will believe you.

What does winning a war look like to you? Do winners abdicate authority of their finance, borders, military and industrial base to organizations outside of their nation
What does that have to do with WW2?
We won the war. 80 years later the world is different. That does not change the fact that we won WW2.
You should really reorganize your thoughts on this matter. You are arguing 2 things that aren’t really related.

See at least you can now admit that we won.
Do you even know what you are arguing.

The direct result of what???
You argue that we didn’t really win WW2 and now have 2 separate posts arguing that the world is as it is today BECAUSE WE WON.
Dude, pull your head out of your arse. You’re embarrassing yourself

Roosevelt had intelligence reports that the Japanese were attacking, but still let it happen to get us into war, just like the Lusitania was intentionally filled with weapons and sent into German waters for WW1

Defeating the enemy and having them surrender. That’s literally the definition.
And look, I agree the world today is a mess. But you asked if we won WW2. And we did. Not sure how you can conceive to argue otherwise

Did America really win the Revolutionary War?
Would the men who fought the Revolutionary War think we won the war if they looked at the current state of the west? The typical boomer answer is "We aren't ruled by a monarch" but communism has spread worldwide and has a stronghold within our nations, we have no control over our domestic and foreign policy other than sending money to be laundered through Ukraine and into Israel, our borders are open to the point where the most common baby name in the UK (the most hardlined country against the Germans, other than Russia during Barbarosa) is now Mohammad. Is this better than the alternative?

So just to be clear, you are arguing that by winning the war, we lost the war?
You see the paradox here?
We won WW2, stop arguing otherwise. It is a fact. The axis powers we were at war with surrendered.
Now did policies that came after WW2 have long term unintended consequences that we are seeing now, perhaps. But that does alter the outcome of the war.
But what’s happening today is more a result of inadequate and corrupt leadership that the policies coming after WW2 themselves.
