A lot of a-hole neighbors in this thread. It would suck if your house caught on fire when you were out of town but no neighbor bothered to call 911 because you were too much of an a-hole to wait for a reasonable hour to mow your lawn on the weekend.

I would much rather my house burn to the ground and rebuilt than them catch it half way and just have to rebuilt portions of it....guess I should start being an arse to my neighbors so they don't call

My old man would have hit me with a stick if I bitched about having to wake up early on a weekend. What about the people who work nights? They have to deal with that shite daily.

We are pretty easy to get along with. We all hunt with eachother. They stay on their side, I stay on mine. Guy across the street........him and his damn dogs can burn in hell!

Just at my current house, I have had to tell 4 separate neighbors to turn down their music after midnight on a work night. I had to tell two of those neighbors multiple times until they thankfully moved away. I had to tell yet another neighbor to stop parking in my yard, not along it, in it. A different neighbor has a loud dog that is annoying as shite and seemingly outside barking all day. And another neighbor has 3 screaming, literally constantly screaming, kids that play outside all day.

Meanwhile, word has gotten back to me from multiple sources that some of my neighbors think no one even lives in my house because I am as quiet as a fricking mouse and courteous to my neighbors.

This.
We must be paternally related.
My dad would have made me go out and (for free) help the folks cutting grass if I'd have bitched about it.
Probably with a sore tail too.

The OP has got two entitled whiney-babies on her hands.

They gotta start early so they can finish in time to go to church, you should hold these hard working godly men up as examples to your kids.

The best neighbor is the one that doesn't complain about every little thing you do
