The New York Times reports that the custom-fit condoms are possible because of new changes to FDA regulations. In the past, standard condoms were required to be at least 6.69 inches long, a problem because the average penis size is around 5.57 inches, according to a study from Debby Herbenick, a sexual health expert at Indiana University, the Times reported.
since everyone on the OT has 10 inches or more, this could come in handy ...
