Does anyone have a recommendation on a good place to get a few pictures framed? I have taken stuff to hobby lobby in the past, but can't help but feel that I am getting ripped off by their 'half off' sales.

Any suggestions are appreciated, thanks

Not BR, but worth the drive.

Bergeron Woodworks

Each piece is custom and truly one of a kind made from recovered wood from around New Orleans.

I highly recommend them. We've taken several things to them to have framed and they do a great job. They are located at the corner of Essens/Perkins next to Counter Culture

Very reasonable prices and good quality work. You're getting ripped off at Hobby Lobby.

That is exactly what I was thinking. The 'half off' the glass BS is so dumb.

The Bergeron Woodworks stuff is pretty cool. Although it probably wouldn't be the best for what I am framing this time, I'll have to keep it in mind for the future.

You are not getting ripped off at half price.

They did a frame for $80 that Hobby Lobby wanted $300 for. And they used to have a special for $20 anything smaller than 16x20 with a matte. Not sure if thats still going, but it will definitely be better than anywhere else.

Ive probably had 20-30 frames done there.

My wife used them one time for a print that she didn't know I was building a frame for and they did a great job. I have now had them frame 3 or 4 more prints with actual frames that I built. They did a great job with those as well. Highly recommend them plus their prices were not bad.
