Custom charm bracelet?

Looking to get some custom charms put on a bracelet for a special someone for Xmas. Anyone know of anywhere that does stuff like this? I've looked online and can't find anything.
Custom charms might be certain letters, animals, foods, states, etc just to give an idea.

I would say get her something cooler, but I bought mine a set of floor mats for her car as one of her gifts. I'm not sure how to pull that off, I may just put my name on the present so it doesn't go over like a turd in the punch bowl. OEM floor mats...something every girl wants.
