No, just my wife the last time
I had to take some kind of pills to give me super sperm and she had to take a pill and IV that gave her better uptake of the super sperm. Then she had to take more pills to make sure the baby stayed put for a while.
That wasn't the version of where babies come from that I heard when I was younger
