After she says "You are going to die" and does the frowny/poutyface thing, that is what I picture her doing as she is either cutting off body parts or killing whoever is unfortunate enough to be in the room after she drugs them and they wake up to that.

Two observations:
1- She is very, very intelligent and obviously takes very good care of herself. Her hair is washed, her teeth are clean, her makeup is put on well, and her legs are shaved.
2- She wasn’t born crazy. This is the result of something that snapped AFTER she educated herself. This chick has had something very bad happen to her and it broke her. She snapped because of it.
