Cox bill has consistently gone up for close to a year. Prairieville doesn't seem to have AT&T. Is Eatel worth the switch?

Eatel won't ever throttle

They will shutdown service if you're dumb enough to get caught on a movie/music download site

I've had them for 9 years and do not remember one service interruption except Gustav.

Team Eatel for me

Eatel has fiber to the home. Eatel for the win.

Eatel is light-years better than any service provider in Ascension.

I had eatel for 2 years and didn't have any problems. When my 2 year contract was up, my bill went up 70 bucks a month and they weren't willing to budge at all even if I signed another contract. They don't even have customer support outside of normal working hours. Cox has 24/7 support. With that said, I had cox before I had eatel and switched cause of my bill. You have to play the threaten to cancel game and be ready to cancel when they call your bluff.

I switched to cox and I much prefer the contour system over anything eatel had.

Switch to Eatel and never look back. Fiber to the home, very friendly customer service, willing to work with you. Cox sucks balls.

Eatel entry level package speeds are slow. You really gotta pay to get faster speeds.

The service with Eatel is better, but it’s just as expensive.

Especially their TV packages.

Eatel's service is dependable, but they also raise rates and cut back service on a regular basis.
Forget about NBA network, MLB network, CBS sports or Fox Southwest (no Pelicans).
My experience with Cox in NOLA is that they weren't dependable.
