Cox Internet Down for Anyone Else in Baton Rouge?

My internet went down about an hour ago in Oak Hills. Reset modem then called Cox to reset signal and that was unsuccessful. Technician scheduled for after Christmas but curious if anyone else in BR is having issues.
ETA: went check outside and I think a frickin squirrel has chewed on the cable as it goes into my attic. I’m gonna go check and see if I have some extra cable hanging around to try to replace.
