Cox down in Metairie?

My Cox internet went out about 30 minutes ago. Has been slow all day, but over the past few hours it slowed to a crawl, and now nothing. All lights on the modem are on, so I was wondering if anyone else was having problems round these parts

Lucky for you you don't live Uptown and have ATT. My internet/phone was out 24 days total in one pay period, Napoleon construction is to blame as per them.

I have to do some fricking internet homework tonight. Guess I'll have to tether from my phone. So glad Verizon made me get out of my unlimited plan

My internet was down in Uptown. Unplugging my modem and router for a couple minutes seems to have fixed it

About 5 minutes ago I told my wife the Internet is acting stupid tonight. Thought it was just me.

Was able to get someone on the phone. They said they couldn't see my modem and are sending someone out in the morning. No mention about a big outage
