My son has a pair of these from Cody James. Beautiful boots. I wouldn’t have bought them nor wear them but I’m over 35. Great looking boot.

If you get square toe be sure to buy a pair of Costas and a fleece vest to wear with them.

Get some Tony Lama round toe if you wanna get laid.

Tecovas are my preference now with Ariat being second.

I do have a couple pair of Justin ropers as work boots.

I have some Dan post Caymans and they aren't that comfortable. I'd go with ostrich.

I don't think either of the brands you mentioned are a bad choice. Try em on and buy whichever you like more. They're both great boots.

Anderson Bean makes some feral pig boots that look pretty damn good

Between the two you mention,
Lucchese Caiman. Go with a Roper.

AB looks somewhat douchey.
Some are mentioning Ariat which is not even in the same league. They are OK work boots. Tecovas are made in Mexico and look like it. The fratstars like them but unsure why. Cuero look better. Dan Post, as someone else mentioned, are very comfortable but with Lucchese, you are buying the Ford Raptor of boots and everything else is a Chevy Colorado.

I have a pair of Luchesse. They look awesome, but don't let anyone fool you, they are not comfortable at all. Honestly wish I would have bought a different pair.
