Why is this anchored?

Well for starters, they sterilize the shite out of an OR before anything is done in it. And all the clothes are sterile and anybody working in a surgery has just about everything covered from head to toe with sterilized PPE in an room that has been completely disinfected using tools and instruments that are sterile.

Lawanda walking around Walmart with mask hanging on her ears that she's been wearing all week long is not even in the same galaxy as an OR situation.

They use a new mask and new everything every time they exit and then re-enter an OR.
