What has been cancelled where you live due to the Coronavirus?

Lexington, KY (so far):

- St. Paddy’s Day Parade
- All jails/prisons statewide not allowing visitation
- Governor urges church services to be cancelled
- one of the local colleges cancelled classes for the rest of the semester

-Schools still open though.

Hey. Got a question for you. Why did they stop the 7th inning stretch dance at tBox?

Any event expecting to be > 2500 attendees has to now be approved by the city’s health inspector.

Would that also include church services?

You mean the grounds crew folks? That crew has grown old and now spend their days working or browsing tigerdroppings while pretending to work...

From what I understand, the current group are more "official" student workers with some actual supervision and accountability. We were just a half dozen couillons happy to help for free tickets, good parking spots and a meal ticket. The old groundskeeper in charge was very lax and encouraged the goofiness/dancing, I guess the current one not so much.

Early speculation is the coronavirus doesn’t affect children under the age of 18 as much as older people. In China, only 2% of all patients are children under 18 and very limited exposure in America.
