Unless you are talking about some disease issue, giving an 11 year old hormones is appalling and is child abuse.

On the other hand most of us heteros don't give a shite what grown people want to do with their bodies. However we find it disgusting when transgender rights includes allowing children to take hormone blockers.

I would think the inclusion happened early on to bolster their numbers in the public perception lobby...more inclusion = bigger protests = more outcry = more media and social media coverage.
Now that the gay community has largely achieved its primary goals we may see them start distancing from the Trans community.

As Terd alluded to earlier, this ruling opens the door to even further sexualization of children. If, as the court has stated here, an 11 yr old girl can decide to make such a radical change to her body, that means the court believes she is of sufficient age to make fundamental decisions regarding her body. And that includes consenting to sexual relations with whomever she chooses. Welcome to the progressive utopia.
