Honest question. I realize this is in Canada but with the Bathroom Law in NC and the Fed's taken position, how is the justice department going to incarcerate transgenders if and when a crime is committed?
If I am sentenced to prison, as naturally born man, can I identify as a woman and go to ladies prison?

Right! And there is absolutely nothing wrong with being a tomboy, or for girls to enjoy what are traditionally more male centric activities. Camping, fishing, hunting, rough and tumble games are all great bonding activities for little girls and their brothers and daddies.
This sick, depraved notion that if a girl or boy doesn't adhere solely to traditional gender norms that they are somehow "trans" is a despicable lie foisted upon us by the most screwed up and deplorable fragments of society.
