A good friend of mine is getting married next week, and wants me to wear a Gopro at their wedding, at the reception, and the after parties. Is this a thing now? I have never heard of this, and I feel like I will be looking pretty ridiculous. I am a groomsman.

This may actually be trashy. Depends on the venue honestly.

Better sneak away with a bridesmaid during the reception then.

Say only if you can join in with it on the honeymoon.

WTF? Tell them to buy a tripod.

ETA: Tell them you're in but you plan on drinking your arse off, so the footage might be a little shaky.

Wear it, get shite-tossed, and sexually harass the bridesmaids.

They deserve that for making that ridiculous request.

Sounds like a good reason to pay some young punk $50 to do.

I would politely decline. Sounds like a job for the ring bearer or a flower girl.

I do like this idea, however.

Is your good friend the bride to be, because I can't imagine a guy asking this question to his buddy.

Exactly...I don’t see the problem with somebody wearing a GoPro, but that somebody probably shouldn’t be a groomsman. Just pay somebody to show up and wear one.

Wear it, but on top of one of those go pro helmets. And wear a windsuit.
