The OT will ridicule them and call them trashy and poor but I would do that in a heartbeat if I had the chance. Weddings are a ridiculous waste of money.

The best father strategy I heard was either have a big wedding or we’ll give you 15-20k and you can do whatever you want with it.
I’d rather have a small intimate ceremony and more money for the honeymoon

I never said they weren't fun. I can just think of a million other ways that are more fun to spend $20k.
