We got the nextdoor app... for who knows what fricking reason.
People love posting all kinds of stupid shite on there though. There was one going hard on this lady they had caught that was walking her dog and didn't pick up the shite it left.
People were going hard on this chick, so I wanted to have some fun with it. I interjected as they were summarizing who within the neighborhood it could be or the type of dogs and who owns them.
"Pit Bull Ownership is on the rise 40% across the state, so the animal may be a pit bull... and thus very likely is extremely dangerous"
There are no labels that Californian's appear to like though... So there were some triggered individuals

Nextdoor and Pitbulls are a match made in heaven baw. People sometimes post about a dog needing to be adopted. Most of the time it is clearly a pit or pit-mix. I'll simply just ask "what breed is the dog?" and THAT triggers pit-lovers to jump to the defense of the breed and claim how they make such great family pets and that other breeds attack more often.

I'll never understand the fascination with owning a MF pit bull
How hard is it to comprehend these dogs were bred to work - catch cows, hogs, fight, etc
Having one as a house pet is not only ridiculous, it's selfish to the fullest extent
Each and every owner think "I'll be a good enough dog whisperer to keep my dog from harming anyone"
Of all the dog breeds out there that are readily available people still choose to own these ticking time bombs
