Brookshires and Super 1 always smell like fish. P
Book a Million smells like coffee.
Subway smells like bread.
Wal-Mart doesn't ever seem to smell lijje anything in particular.
Sam's smells like tires towards the back and then food.
Best Buy smells like new electronics. Hifi stores have that smell, too. Love it.

Agree, haven't been in one in 12 or 13yrs, but you never forget the smell of that Fierce cologne, haha.

K-Mart. Not that I’ve come across one in the wild for ages
K-Mart always smelled good to me as a kid in the 70’s. The last time I went to a K-Mary (and first time in probably 20 years), it still smelled the same.
But nothing smelled better than a Western Auto.

Victoria's Secret.
KMart definitely had a smell, back when I was a kid.
Plenty of places to eat; many apparel stores are more recognizable by the shitty piped music than they are by any scent.

I would know if I were in Kirkland's but that's about the only store.
The US post office is likely the most foul smelling building I've ever walked into. I would know as soon as I first stepped foot in there

I must have zero sense of smell.
Subway, new tires and the awful smell of mixed perfume from every thing inside Bath & Body Works are the only things mentioned I can assign a specific scent to.
A lot of upscale hotels have "signature" scents and while I can acknowledge them, I don't detect the crisp spring dew, hint of lilac or undertones of bergamot

Walmart
Depends on the location, some locations I frequent have a nice bakery.
Nothing beats the smell of hot French Bread from Walmart. I almost think they stole the old Dufrene’s bakery recipe. Legend has it, when Walmart opened a Supercenter in Galliano in the mid90’s, they hired a former Dufrene’s Bakery worker that replicated the recipe. Another thing they specialized back then with was hot donuts for 1.50 a dozen.
I usually will drop a dollar on a nice hot French bread. I actually found a store that keeps them in a warmer, but it is way too far from my house.
Yes, I am a little on the portly side.

I remember the smell of K&B, TG&Y smelled like model glue. I like the smell of the feed and seed stores. M&L Tractors smells like the old Western Auto’s.

I know I’m in a Walmart if it smells like ‘Murica.
