Why embellish the truth like this? You actually train in BJJ or some form of combat sport, and have never seen another human move as quick? A 58 year old woman is the pinnacle of speed and agility that you've ever seen?
I just find that very hard to believe as I've seen teenagers in wrestling practice move much faster than anything she did in that video countless times throughout my life.

An untrained man would get their arse kicked very quickly. Those UFC girls spar against men all the time and that size advantage would disappear quickly once you realized you couldn't catch her.

We aren't talking about man fighters. We are talking about average dudes who can drink more beers than they can do pushups fighting someone that trains everyday. No shite a man could beat a woman with equal training. Thats not what the thread is about.
