My favorite are all the scrawny, weak, out of shape trainers that want to tell you how it "should" be done.....but have trouble doing a real squat with 225.
theres alot of bros that will tell you how to do a bench press rep that can't even push up 225, its comical

Only if they were a power lifter. They are almost always fat.

Nothing burns me up more at the office than some fat bitch telling me what's healthy or not
I was running a marathon in San Antonio about 15 years ago. The race consisted of a marathon, half marathon, and a 10k. The course was pretty narrow and finished somewhere in St. Paul square. The marathon started first and early in the morning, the half marathon was a hour or so after that, and the 10k was another hour or so after that. It was designed in the sense that the majority of all the runners finished roughly at the same time.
Anyways, I'm right around mile 22 and it's really hot out. I'm starting to cramp up and just hitting the wall....I mean, I'm really feeling rough at this point. This fat bitch with a 10k race bib waddles right on by me with her fanny pack, visor, and obnoxious T-shirt (something like, "If you can read this, I'm faster than you") and says, "Come on! Push yourself!!!" I could feel the rage pulsating through my veins and tired, achy muscles. I contemplated strangling her, but decided against it given her sumo wrestling appearance.

If I could see some pics that verify that they were once in extremely good shape and thus know how to train properly, sure.

Guy at the office smokes a pack a day, usually has Mcdonalds breakfast, and tells me my half a cup of coffee every morning is destroying my body.
You should tell him about his crappy breakfast and pack a day when he mentions your coffee.

I thank God everyday that I don't need anyone to motivate me to work out.

That's a tough one. Had a fat track coach as well as other sports. If the fat trainer was old and had proven track record of being some fit bad arse in the 70s-80s, then yes.
But not some 24 yr old fat frick with a KIN degree from LSU.

Are we training for an eating contest? I'd be down for that.

My track/cross country coach in the 80s was fat and smoked Camels. But he had been a college cross country runner and knew his stuff. Anyone who followed his program got faster.
I've never paid for a personal trainer of any shape.

They better have recently recovered from an injury. Otherwise, it would be hard to accept a fat personal trainer.

Well this is just utter bullshite.
Powerlifting, like every combative/martial arts sports and weightlifting has various weight classes for athletes.
The guy second from the left is a world record-holder powerlifter. He is arguably the greatest talent of his generation.
Meanwhile, Mark Bell, second from right, is a former world record-holder and arguably one of the greatest bench pressers in the world.
Junior American record-holder.
Former world-record holder.
