A huge terrorist attack will probably happen again but it would be a chemical attack or something like that nothing involving planes

History doesn't repeat itself but it does rhyme.
We'll see an attack that is much worse than 9/11/2001. A nuclear terrorist attack is almost mathematically inevitable. So is a nuclear war. We don't like thinking about this and put it at the back of our brains.

Yes, just wouldn't be done in the same fashion or inflict the same number of casualties. But it could easily incite the same panic as 9/11 did.

No need to hijack passenger jets again, there are hundreds of private jets and jets used to fly cargo parked on tarmacs all over the country with very little to stop someone from stealing one. Since there is no need to land, do a lot of navigation, or maneuvering, flight training would not be a large obstacle.
