Costa Del Mar issues

Anyone else having issues with getting glasses repaired and returned? I can’t even get people on the phone or live chat. Followed their protocols and sent in two pairs 5 weeks ago. Package got there according to tracking but that’s it. Hold time over an hour.

I sent in 2 pair not even a month ago and got back 2 brand new pair in a couple of weeks. Couldn’t have been easier.

Paid $106 shipped to my door for a pair in January 2009.
Still wearing them today.
Would you say I got my money's worth out of them, or were they overpriced?

Pretty sure they changed their repair process... you email them pictures and they access if it’s a warranty issue or not. My wife did a pair last month.

Bought my first pair of Costas 20 years ago. Since then I’ve probably bought 10+ pair, I still have 3 that are in my active rotation/spares, the others have either been lost, given away or stolen.

I bought a pair of Maui Jim’s during that time and still use them every now and them.

I’ve sent back my Costas several times for repairs and have never had any issues. Always very good customer service

I had to dispute a credit card charge against CDM. I returned a pair of sunglasses, verified they were received by CDM and haven’t been able to get in touch with them since May after initially being told my refund was processing.

Never again.
