Cost on new Manufactured Homes?

lets say 1200-1400 sq ft range, are they really in the 60-90k price range? that include delivery and set up?

I was just curious. My parents bought a brand new single wide(3 bedroom/2 bath...forget the dimensions) for 40k back in 2008.


Their trailer is now flooded and they are not gonna repair it(I would imagine the cost of repairs not worth it considering the cost of another trailer that size).

I'm guessing costs of trailers (old and new) not damaged are gonna skyrocket now in LA sadly.

do you mean an actual manufactured home? or a mobile home? There is a difference and its that a manufactured home appreciates like a stick built onsite home. The initial construction is done in sections in a factory.
