Double wide you are looking at 60k minimum for a new one. Delivery and setup added on to price is standard industry procedure.

Don't forget, when its all said and done all your left with is a place that is only valuable to you, as you will never get your money back out of it.

You'll never get it all back for sure. For some people it's still a more appealing option than renting, where you get nothing back. Obviously if you have the means a site built home is a better option.

So what you're saying is that the most economical option is to rent a mobile home. Got it. (Sarcasm)

On a serious note, I agree and you should definitely live within your means. Also, I wish everyone, who will now have to live in something less than they had, the best.
