chevy probably went to fiberglass before Ford but I'm not sure when or if that's true. Used Chevy trucks are a lot more popular now than used Ford trucks. The c4 corvette and fox body mustang were competitors back in the late 70s to early 90s. I'd rather have the foxbody mustang from that era today

The C4 Corvette was from 1984-1996.
