She works in drug studies. Many of them through grants based on how many volunteers they can sign up. It’s elective and if enough people pull out, then bye drug trials and her job.

Fair enough?

NFL CBA question Posted by TigerChief10 online on 3/9/20 at 12:36 pm

Why does anyone even care what the players think? NFL owners are modern day slave owners so why dont they just force them to sign off on it?

Another promising paper regarding treatment with hydroxychloroquine. I would get on the horn with the manufacturers ASAP and get some more testing going on now.

Below is a dirty Google translation.

quote:

Conclusion

In this case, both patients started to use hydroxychloroquine because the symptoms worsened even after Kaletra was started early. Both patients began to improve their symptoms from day 2 after the start of hydroxychloroquine, and hydroxychloroquine was effective. The antimalarial drug chloroquine phosphate is recommended for use on the new coronavirus medical treatment kit line issued by the National Health and Safety Commission of China1) or produced in Japan. However, hydroxychloroquine, which exhibits the same pharmacokinetics, has also been approved as a therapeutic agent for SLE in Japan, and a clinical trial comparing human chloroquine phosphate with hydroxychloroquine for COVID-19 has already been conducted in China. 2) For chloroquine phosphate, more than 100 patients There were reports that sufficient differences were obtained in terms of image quality, virus elimination rate, and duration of symptom. 2) Is trametinib an anti-inflammatory or known effect as used in SLE? It is thought that it also has antiviral effects, such as raising the pH in the phagosome and inhibiting glycosylation, and suppressing the growth of the virus.2) 5). On the other hand, retinopathy is one of the rare serious side effects that may be considered as a cumulative dose or a danger for long-term use of 200 g or more. It is considered that it is safe to use COVID-19.The recent report on the mortality rate of COVID-19 is 1.4%, is the number of affected individuals decreasing as the population increases? 3) Enter the room and artificial call The mortality rate of severe cases requiring inhalation management within 28 days is as high as 61.5% 4), and the median time before death after entering the ICU is as short as 7 days.

It is necessary to consider that effective therapeutic intervention should be performed early on, and that hydroxychloroquine may have contributed to the improvement of symptoms even in severe cases, and that side effects can be safely used with almost no side effects. It is considered to be a first-line drug or a concomitant drug to be considered as a concomitant drug, and there are concerns that COVID-19 will increase in Japan in the future.

Or at least screened.

Like I’ve said numerous times, when I flew back from Asia on 1/26, there was 0 screening going on at all. It truly was mind boggling.

You know this thread is complete shite when someone posts a paper with positive information regarding a drug that can help and gets downvoted.

Abandon all hope, ye who enter this thread.

The first death in Louisiana was apparently 58 years old. No other details provided. This comes straight from someone in the EOC.
