Cops search for a drug-dealing teacher who shot an 18 yr old school student in Mexico

The teenage girl was in a classroom with 10 other students and her mathematics teacher when the gunman reportedly fired a 9mm bullet that struck Mendoza.
The bullet passed through her thorax and became lodged in her abdomen, which caused internal hemorrhaging.
