I would have, and gotten his name then filed a report for harassment and all that.

Bitches be crazy, this is why I never give them a key to my place

Yeah, that wouldn't have worked well for you. They didn't have to leave and certainly wouldn't have.

Because he can. And the street doesn't belong to you.

Judging by your thread last night. Your gf sucks for pulling that shite, but you probably also handled it like a little bitch. It doesn't sound like you had a fight, it sounds like she left your arse. Do y'all both a favor and stay apart. Sounds like you both need it.

Would have worked great if he told them to leave before the police were called.

But bad judgement on cleaning he gun after a fight.

Oh yeah he's waiting to bust me as soon as I hit the street.

So a cop has the right to trespass? I didn't know that. I mean if he has a warrant, sure. But just because he's a cop means he can go on anyone's property if he feels like it?

There is some bullshite thingy like imminent danger or something that would allow them to be there. I know that is not the right term but if the G-ma thought you would shoot them then yea I think they can

ETA: bullshite in this case the law has it purposes

Dude you don't have a clue what your gf told them. She could have said you pulled out the gun while y'all were fighting and she thought you would shoot her. If you let her live in your house then she has ever much a right to be there as you do, regardless of if the house is under just your name. You have to have her evicted (well not anymore since she willingly moved out). But up until that point she could be there whenever the hell she wanted...just like you.

And if she told the cops a story, which involved you possibly shooting a gun at somebody, then they will arrive and outnumber you to prevent that situation.

Your issues should be 100% with your gf for all of this...nobody else.

Cleaning my guns is what relaxes me. It's not like I was pointing it at her or doing it outside or something stupid like that. Just a routine cleaning session.

It's not trespassing. But yes, once a complaint is made they can be wherever the need to be to handle whatever the situation may be. Otherwise any call that came out people could just say I don't want you on my property and then nothing could be done to anybody breaking the law. If they felt that a crime had been committed or could be committed then yes, they can be on your property. And if your gf gave them permission to be their, or in your house, then they could have been.

I call it indirect harassment. La boys with badges are good for it. Cant blame em tho cause the state probably has the highest rate of stupid and ignorant per capita. Im never moving back.

My conclusions from both threads...

She is nuts

You are nuts

Stop trying to blame everybody else for you both being dumb and acting like kids. Handle your issues like a man, without being billy bad arse and pulling out your guns to threaten females and involving Grammy and gramps in your BS.

You just as well end it bc after this Christmas will be awkward with her family hating your guts. And you don't seem like someone who can fix this situation with how you handled everything else.

The cops would be the least of my worries.

The GF on the other hand.... I would worry

ETA: And I'm sure there's more to the story that your not telling.

I'm just bitching about the cops. If they had me so mad that I wanted to actually do something about it, I would probably talk it over with the mayor and sheriff since I know them both personally. But since I'm fixing to move out of that shite hole town, It's not worth it.

Also, I did not threaten my gf with my gun. She did not feel threatened. She knows that is how I relax. And I did not get the grandparents involved. She did so she could load some of her stuff in his f250 since she drives a car.

There's no more. She came home, we talked, decided she was going stay at the grandparents, went to the grandparents, decided she wanted her stuff out the house last night, when she pulled up and I heard her grandpas diesel outside I went outside, got in my truck and left. Went home 45 minutes later and there were cops everywhere.

Nobody can rage like a cop. Do not get in your car until the coast is clear. Turn the page on the girlfriend. Forget about 'until we can straighten things out.'
