Yea its revenue collection.
You can call it that if you want, but then I'm going to say you volunteered to donate your revenue by speeding.
They'll collect it from you if you offer it up.

Much easier to go after petty speeding over real criminals committing real crimes
This take is always retarded and shows the people that know nothing of how it actually works. Your average cop pulling people over has very little, if anything, to do with criminal investigations. They're the first to respond to the calls they're given, they make the arrest, then it's completely out of their hands.
Your ire should fall with the DAs and Judges that let these criminals off with a slap on the wrist. Very, very, very few violent criminals are first time offenders when booked. It's the liberal judges and DAs that are failing to put them away properly

Radar detectors pay for themselves baw. I get a nice warning when the local tax collectors are parked ahead.

They will not, however, testify in your defense of breaking a law.
Right so basically any traffic stop

Ok, you're just one of *those*.
Im willing to bet you'd consider it a dereliction of duty to not arrest someone you've witnessed committing a crime but I wonder if that same sense of duty extends to your brotherhood? If youre one of the good ones would you care sharing with the class how many POS cop buddies you've turned in for their crimes?

No sir, you agreed to abide by laws of the road or face consequences. No one forced you to speed (that you admitted to).

What are you running these days?

This is an important fyi for anyone coming up through se Arkansas on hwy 65. The towns between Mississippi and pine bluff might get you for speeding but they aren’t hunting you, but a little town named Grady that has a bypass around it posts cars on each end and make their living off of traffic tickets. This isn’t an exaggeration it’s a fact, it’s a speed trap.
They made so much money off of it that they were investigated by the state one year and they are still at it. Just trying to help out.

Btw, in Grady they are driving unmarked black sedans so they are sneaking around and will hunt you down like a sheep killing dog. I’ve seen them have vehicles pulled over at both ends of the bypass at the same time. They aren’t trying to do anything but make money. Beware, it’s not a long stretch so do the speed limit through there then haul arse…

Dumb post. Last time I checked, cops issue tickets for speeding.
