It’s his own child. How is that relevant to his work as a cop?

If he would kill his own child, how do you think he would treat the general public? Cops should be held to a higher standard as they wield the power of the government when they are on the job.

These eerily close statistics to another large group of people sure changes the direction of the conversation. To that point, it makes sense that some come to the conclusion that the 5-8% spoils the lot. Not that I agree but its not an unprecedented line of thinking.
