People really need to practice gun safety. The first thing you do when cleaning any automatic assault pistol is take out the clip and make sure no bullets are in the chamber!

No, we can assume that there are many different possibilities in this story and realize we don't have any idea or enough evidence to assume what happened.
Seems much more fair than just assuming he murdered his wife.
