I'm finally off Xanax. Needed a specific doctor to help me and it took me over a month to taper off but I am done now.

I was prescribed Xanax four years ago. I never got it filled. This could be me tapering off of it right now.

I feel much better actually. I'm on some natural stuff instead and it seems to be better with anxiety.
