so they thought his coke bottle was a gun so they told him they would sell anything? yea good excuse. If they thought it was a gun they would have put their hands up like he was robbing them. And he would see that and express it was a coke, not a gun and continue to purchase something.


His story is bullshite. and he stole the teddy and skittles.

He said they refused to sell him anything.

And like I said, he was detained, questioned, and released by police. There are also cameras everywhere in the hospital, you think they didn’t check the footage after detaining him to determine if he committed any criminal activity? Stop being stupid.

Sounds like these old racist white women saw some poor Mexican trying to feed his family with skittles and the stuffing from inside a teddy bear and these old racist white women denied him that right.

Your stupidity and lack of reason with regards to this incident is almost incomprehensible.

Here’s what happened, again:
1) man was upstairs with his daughter that had surgery and was due to be discharged at 10am
2) he went downstairs to get food for his family, decided to stop and get a stuffed animal for his daughter
3) idiot in the gift shop thought he had a gun concealed by a blanket, clerk was scared and didn’t want to sell him anything, so he leaves
4) idiot on the gift shop calls police, police and swat team show up, hospital on lockdown, they go to the guys room (where he is with his entire family) with guns drawn and detain him.
5) guy is released with no issue

Dont you think the police would have done due diligence and arrested him if he had stolen anything? Don’t you think the idiot in the gift shop who saw the whole thing first hand would have said “he stole items” and the police would have attempted to corroborate that story?

The fact that he was released means he was innocent. The idiot in the gift shop is just that, an idiot.

Why are you so convinced this guy stole anything? You’re coming off incredibly racist.
