Call and tell them you're coming over for a family movie night. Rent "Guess Who" and get there before them, have your GF wait in another room. Sit down and watch the movie with them, when you get to the part where Bernie Mac realizes his daughter is dating a white guy, say "OMG mom and dad could you imagine if I brought home a black girl OMG that would be so funny Haha lol Haha omg so funny" (using basic bama language so they follow)
"No really I am dating a black chick and shes right behind you." At this point have her jump out and tell Hi Mom and Dad!

I have no advice on how to handle your situation with your parents. But I have one question..How are you treated in public..Do you notice stares? Do you feel mistreatment from others (White or Black)?
The only reason I ask is because I had a friend who dated a Black woman and he complained about this...but it was a few years ago...maybe 30 years ago.

My stepdad is very racist and his daughter turns out to love the BBC and has 2 mixed kids. He won't have anything to do with them. She will show up for a while at Thanksgiving with them but never stays long because it's very uncomfortable. Last year my aunt accidentally let the N-word fly while talking about Obama in front of the oldest child(who is now 13). Things got kind of quiet for a while.
I know it's a long story, but something the OP should be ready for in the future.

That's what I was thinking. The only thing I know about this situation is that hilarity is going to ensue and everyone is going to learn a valuable lesson about how we're not that different after all.
