A friend of mine's daughter worked there while a student at Loyola. She mentioned that she was treated very well and for that I am appreciative.

Back in the day, the NOAC pool was no clothing -- NO OPTION. Lots of Pedos and priests hung out at the NOAC pool.
This thread has taken an interesting turn.
I talked to an old guy once who said he used to swim there as a teenager (in the buff, of course) and that Tennessee Williams would often be sitting there in the pool area leering at all the youngsters as they swam.
Nice bump by the way.

Pussies all around. Both are places where a bunch of dudes care about a bunch of other dudes. They are both the epitome of gayness.

Why is this the case?
Google Hollygrove in New Orleans or the crime rate/types of crimes there.

30k for MCC. Stock is not much more, maybe $500.
Thanks. Thought that they may have went up after the renovation.
I understand NOCCs stock price is as much or more than the initiation.

This club on the coast used to have a clothing optional swimming pool in the 70s. Some pedo tried to harass a friend of mine, (who was 15 or so) and that was end of that. I would never go near that freaking pool. I was teenage boy and zero interest in being nude publicly and definitely didn’t want to see a bunch of old guys swinging in the wind.
No clue why that was ever popular

I mean, NOCC and MCC are fine if you're in a pinch, but it's hard to play with that rabble when I normally tee off at St. Andrews and Carnoustie
.

Mid 1980s at the Houston CC with my girlfriends family for a wedding. Vice President Bush rolls up to play tennis and tells my girlfriends dad to duck out the reception and come play. They were friends. I knew right away this Chewshawee was out of his league lol....and Bush wasn't the only celeb I saw. I know, not, not New Orleans related but damn that was something

St Andrew’s is a public course

NOCC has gone way downhill. It’s $250 a quarter minimum spend which is nothing …. And the food is the same as it was 10 years ago. It’s good, but it’s the same exact food without any changes. . Also, MCC does weddings a lot better. The acoustics in the NOCC are terrible. All you hear is people talking. The NOCC does have some real money, but they also have some broke MFers. It’s people living off of what inheritance they have left, while they talk about the good ole days when their parents traveled the world. In addition, the members are some of the nicest people to the employees. Finally, Lee is retiring in December. He has had enough.
I don't think anyone have said this yet, but bumping a four-year old thread on your first ever post is . . . interesting.

I didn’t realize they were almost right next to each other.
