Can anyone recommend a company in BR that you have experience with for bath tub refinishing? I have been putting it off and finally need to get it done.

Haven't used them yet but Latub.com came highly recommended to me from a remodeling contractor

Yeah pretty much. And removal of existing stains. Not a claw foot or anything. Just a standard cast iron tub.

Companies don't really refinish tubs anymore. It's just a band aid fix. They do sell a spray liner you can buy and do it yourself, but your best bet would be to replace the tub with a new one made of acrylic. Rebath is still around, but there is a company called Maxhome that has taken a lot of business away from Rebath They offer a lifetime warranty on their bathtubs

Damn really? This seems like a massive PITA and much more than I was hoping to spend.

Red Stick Refinishing

I came down with a case of the poors and couldn't ever get them to come do mine but I remember they seemed very knowledgeable and prices seemed fair.
