Put yourself in his shoes or since we’re playing the hypothetical game
If you were given the choice to either spend the rest of your life in a 6x6 cell 23 hours a day, getting raped and beat down on a regular basis or just in total solitary confinement
Or just get injected with morphine and other drugs that put you to sleep, or even hanged in a public forum.
What would you choose?
That’s what I thought.

He kidnapped, raped and killed her, that has death penalty written all over it. I don't know the details of South Carolina's death penalty requirements, but I hope they give him the big sleep.

This is what I am talking about. It would deter these sub-humans from wanting to harm others. The threat of real punishment would have stopped this orc from wanting to pretend to be an Uber driver and harm someone else.
