What the hell is going on there? Packed full of low riders, hoochie's, and front wheel drive Impala's on 24"s. More than usual on a Thursday night.

After witnessing this myself I discovered they have a street car roundup there on Thursdays. I assume it’s a neutral ground to setup races of sorts and check out other people’s rides eg; fast and the furious

Live right there so I see it all the time, seen the cops break it up a couple times. Seems to be mostly kids out there showing off their neons under their 1999 Carollas
