I am about to start complaining every time I go somewhere and its not 100% completely wheelchair accessible. I will fight to make sure every single table and even the bar is at a height I can access (actually that's not even a problem for me know since I can elevate my seat that puts me at about 5'5"). Maybe I should start protesting because most of the vehicles on the road are not wheelchair accessible.

Seriously, if someone looks hard enough they can always find something to get offended by and for some reason the response usually favors the person who was offended. That doesn't mean there are situations in which someone does something that is truly offensive, but if you have a problem then address the situation yourself with whoever is doing whatever it is that offends you. Maybe it was just a misunderstanding.

This was years ago, but I was in Wendy's with a few friends.. You know how they have the black ropes that establishes the direction people should go as they wait to order? Well in this particular Wendy's, the black ropes were not open far enough for me to go in so I just went around, waited for my friends to get to the counter and order so I just went there with them to make my order.

This woman saw this and came to me and started making a huge deal out of it. She started telling me I should be upset that I was not able to get line. She got to the point she started to piss me off. If I had a problem with it I would have looked into it in a "diplomatic" way instead of causing a big scene. When I told her I had no problem with it, I just had to adapt... no big deal. She started telling me what I should not tolerate and that if I didn't do something I was part of the problem. I told her "look, its life. I don't have a problem with it, I am not going to let something stop me from doing what I want. I will not waste my energy on something like not being about to go through the line in Wendy's, especially when I can do it another way.

How are these people able to function in society when they graduate college?

How is a festival celebrating Latinos and Mexicans offensive to Latinos and Mexicans?

It doesn't celebrate latinos or mexicans. Cinco de Mayo is white people celebrating tex mex and margaritas.

Shouldn't the French be more offended about people celebrating Cinco De Mayo than the Mexicans?

Or the Spanish, because most dumbasses that care about Cinco de Mayo think it celebrates Mexican Independence...

White privilege is having the time to bitch about things that don't even affect you.

A great way to counteract this would be for a national boycott of all Mexican restaurants. Don't eat at any for a week. That will get people's attention!

Mexico is reserved for you. You offend me. Go back to it.

I use to respect Mexicans for their hard wok ethics and traditional values. However, it appears as though they are just as big of pussies as the others.
It's just one pussy who demanded this. I'm more pissed that colleges are caving into the demands of the few who are offended by everything.
