Ghe system is broken but this is nothing compared to the rising tuition costs and tuition loan / debt problem

Why would you assume that? Didn't Aunt Becky get rich from acting on sitcoms and Hallmark specials? Doubt that takes super-inteligence.

Gary V said it right when he said, that this entire stunt is publicized and will show everyone how little faith the parents had in their kids abilities.

They messed up raising them in terms of academics, I think one of the daughters is like some YT influencer with makeup and whatever. The daughters are claiming they knew nothing but likely did and are playing their role. It's death spiral of these kids self esteem all started by bad parenting.

No problem with paying for admissions.

Big problem with the tax evasion side of it.

Thats the forgotten part of this story. The expectations the university sets for students has clearly fallen dramatically.

While I agree, we can't forget about the difference between majors.

There's a BIG difference between a chemical engineering major at LSU and an insert-studies major. I'm sure it's the same way at other large institutions. Factor in the left wing propaganda in those majors and your left with indoctrinated instead of educated people.

If the kids didn't know....they've had a tough year. They have just found out that their parents didn't think they were bright enough to be competitive and their "success" was a facade and not earned.

Why don’t people like Loughlin use her privilege and wealth on private teachers and help her kids legitimately build their confidence and test scores?

Loughlins daughter openly admitted to wanting to experience college life and to party. She has ZERO interest in being indoctrinated by USC academia. You can’t help a low IQ individual, no matter how much money you throw at the admissions board.

When a parent tells a child who has never competed in a sport (rowing in this instance) a day in their lives that they are going to college and will participate on the team for the said sport, the child knows. There is no debating that.
Well, I guess the child could be a bigger idiot than originally thought.

It’s truly amazing how the kids of politicians are such super geniuses. The Obama kids, all the Senators’ and Congressmen’s kids on both sides go to Harvard, Stanford, etc.

That’s the real scandal.

I have first hand knowledge that Gulf Oil purchased degrees from aTm for it's up and coming executives back in the day.
