Co-workers that come into work SICK

A Project Manager at my work comes into work even when hes very sick. Today, he said he has explosive diarrhea and said that he shite himself during a site walk thru this morning with one of our biggest customers. Since coming in from the site walk thru, hes blown up the bathroom no less than 4 times. Now, hes headed to the permit office to get a permit for a job that isnt proejcted to start until the 2nd week of March. The VP of our company told him to go home. I told him to go home. He insists on working today.
Last month, the same Project Manager came into work with the Flu and a fever over 101. A couple months before that, the same Project Manager came in when he had pneumonia. Does every place of employment have the type of employee who thinks they are too important to stay home even when they are extremely sick?

We try to make people go home around here or tell them to keep away from us til they take the hint to leave.

Those kinda people piss me off. It isn't impressive to do that, it's stupid and inconsiderate.

I'm sick today and had to go give a presentation. No sympathy for me.

I am a boss. I am the Controller of the Company. If I'm so sick that I shite myself at work, Im going home.

I've gone to work with a slight fever before, but never with explosive shits.

Project Managers are prima donnas. They think the world will stop working if they stay home. Call HR or his boss & complain.

Doesn't need to be sent home. Needs to be fired.

Hes technically not my subordinate, since we work in different departments--but I told him to go home anyway.

Maybe the poor bastard does not have any sick leave to take.

You'd probably be bitching if he called in all those days too. Sounds like dude is sick a lot.

I handle all financial operations of the company. He's on salary so we would most certainly pay him if he needs to take off a day.

You should implement a new policy that if you shite your pants on company time you are required to go home.
