There is no fixing people willing to take part in this sort of behavior. It’s a way of life for them. The only solution is their removal from society entirely. Sadly, many are not ready to hear that truth. So things will get far worse before they get better.

Hey man, look for the brightside in every situation. Impressive awareness/attention paying skills by that young man. Gotta stay "10 toes down" when living a life where guerilla warfare is a daily possibility. Thankfully we have these crash dummies to warn us of what life could be if you make bad decisions. Like living in Memphis.
