By Proclamation STG1, whereby Governor of Louisiana abdicated his duty to appoint representatives for the City of St. George, I hereby declare the City of St. George open for business with the following guidelines: masks not required by customers/clients but encouraged, people can be asked to leave if deemed possible public health threat (coughing, sneezing, or generally unkempt in appearance), no one from the City of Baton Rouge, New Orleans, or Shreveport is allowed to traverse the City of St. George until the Governor lifts restrictions on the state as a whole or city, individually.

The 18th? How naive. The complaint to the court would already be typed up, signed, and dated for May 4th and waiting to be delivered as soon as the court clerk's office opened.

No, I don’t catch your drift. I catch the drift that I’m the appointed representative of the city of St. George and I get to say wtf goes in my city. You catch my drift.

As the unofficial mayor of St. George, I am proud to announce that I have been working everyday during this horrific crisis.
I will continue to do so, regardless of the governor's orders.

This is about the dumbest shite I’ve ever read on here.
And I’ve read some pretty dumb shite in my time.
Even posted some dumb shite

Oh well. Add that one to the one Broome filed to try and stop a proposal that was passed by a majority of voters
