This. If they grew up in places like Naperville, Hinsdale, Barrington, Schaumburg, etc., they have no tact when interacting with their fellow humans.

New Orleans has bad ones but it's mostly the carpetbaggers from California and new england that bring their bullshite attitudes with them.

So damn true. Growing up in Louisiana and moving to the NW Chicago burbs in my early 30s, I can definitely say I'd rather a southern 'diva' get on my arse than a Midwest shrill. Maybe it's just the accent, but holy hell.
