Cinco de Mayo partiers block traffic, jump on vehicles to dance in downtown Shreveport

Partiers in downtown Shreveport, celebrating Cinco de Mayo (with absolutely no Hispanics in any video) block the street while dancing, and dance on cars and an 18-wheeler coming through town.

It seems like every news website is loaded with ads and popups. It always seemed to me to be a terrible business model: Let's load our site up with so many ads (usually for shite products) that no one will want to use it again.

We had drag races, but found empty stretches of country road.
