I've only seen one real fight, but lots of movies fights. He may have been a great fighter, but we'll never know.

Yep. It was "The Crow". One of the crew loaded the gun with live rounds instead of blanks.

Yep, John Eric Hexum was bored and playing around on the set and played russian roulette with one blank in the gun chamber, thinking blanks were harmless.
